Ahmad Jooma is the operations director of Jooma Care Homes Limited, a care provider that runs two specialist care homes in London for adults with learning disabilities.

Ahmad has over 18 years of experience in the care sector looking after vulnerable adults and has developed a compassionate understanding of their needs over that time.
