A super El Nino is coming…are you ready? This will impact weather conditions but your wallet as well. The last time we had a super El Nino was from 1876 to 1878. It triggered a global famine that wreaked havoc on Asia, South America, and Africa. Altogether, an estimated 50 million people died as a result of weather related catastrophes. The Journal of Climate says that Super El Nino “was arguably the worst environmental disaster to ever befall humanity and one of the worst calamities of any sort in at least the last 150 years.
