Goodbye future petrol cars, the cheapest houses in NZ and re-zoning pushback
Petrol and diesel powered cars are getting phased out with 2 major world cities announcing to stop selling new ones in the near future. The cheapest houses being sold in New Zealand might not have been as hard to find as it seemed, maybe we just needed to lower our standards. There have been a lot of public opinion to maybe spend more time thinking about re-zoning areas of our cites, but is that a good or bad thing? As always, we'd love your feedback! So, send us a message on keepingyourhousewarm@finax.co.nz *Just a quick reminder that anything we say or talk about in this podcast is not financial advice. Toilet paper shortages, buying a burnt house and banning 'sausage flats'
