Have you ever looked at rocks and thought "man those are some neat rocks"? Well some of our ancestors looked at rocks and thought "man those rocks could look neater". Welcome to the world of megalithic petrosculputures (or rock sculptures for our more discerning listeners). Of course you know of some of the more famous examples of this like Stonehenge and the stone sculptures on Easter Island. Today we explore two such examples you may not be aware of that are shrouded in mystery. For those who think I got lazy in naming this episode you gotta trust me, listen to the episode... it's clever, it's good!

Our first portion turns to Central America (mostly Costa Rica) where ancient inhabitants decided it was a good use of their time to cut and shape giant spherical rocks for an ancient sport know as Bo-wli-ng... At least that's the reason I assu ...
