We will attempt to understand how the supposed safeguards in our country, our opposition parties, laws, and liberal democratic system as a whole, could be so easily corrupted, and how ignoring its cracks, such as the suppression of social democratic parties and policies, constitutes a form of capitulation to oligarchs and fascists. Through this, it has played a role in bringing us to where we are now under the current presidential administration.
