Having begun my real estate investing career two years ago, I have acquired/transacted on over a million dollars of real estate. I have successfully flipped 5 properties and now own 2 residential properties in which I rent by the rooms. By doing this, I gross a little over 40k a year. Although some eyes may consider me as not having the most experience, I like to tell a part of my story that signifies my long-term intentions, passion, and motivation to grow my real estate portfolio.
