A week of growth.

I am not doing this alone. 

Getting news that brought up a lot of unworthiness, feeling incapable, and catastrophizing through these feelings. 

Kicking up the dust around money and my worthiness.

Through all of this, realizing how much grace exists inside of this nonlinear healing journey I am. I am grateful for all the grace.
