Harry Dean Stanton plays this guy named Travis who is super quiet and weird but like approachable and not creepy but he never talks or makes any expressions and so his brother picks him up in the desert and he lives with him and Travis's son who is this cute little kid with 80s blonde hair but like the kid and the dad don't get along because Travis was never there for him and it turns out there's some family drama but like this movie isn't super dark and dramatic so don't be scared and it's directed by this very famous German director named Wim Wenders but the "w's" are pronounced like "v's" which is cool because like v is a fun letter because it kinda looks like a carrot and also Nastassja Kinski is in the movie and her name is so fun to say and THE DESERTTTTT.
