In this conversation Jen & Ryan chat about his mental health journey since attempting to take his own life at 13, being diagnosed with anxiety and depression at 19 and just last year in 2019 being diagnosed with bipolar. 

Ryan has used his experience to lead a men's health group in the North of Glasgow and has just recently started up a women's group in the same location, the Brunswick Centre in Balornock, Glasgow.
