Ricky Wade was born and raised in Jamaica. After moving to the states he began working for McDonald's. After working his way up the ranks, he was given the opportunity to become a franchisee for the McDonald's corporation and has never looked back. He is now the owner operator of 28 McDonald's in the Palm Beach, Florida area.
