Call us basic but we LOVE Fall!! But we also like to be healthy. Today we share some healthier alternatives to popular fall drinks and snacks and some ways to order drinks that are a little healthier when you’re out and about.

Pumpkin spice yogurt:
Pumpkin butter + plain greek yogurt - both to taste, OR
3/4 cup plain greek yogurt, 1/4 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice, pinch salt. Feel free to use this as a starting point and adjust ratios as you like!
