Born in Dallas in 1947, as a child, William Wallace took naturally to the art of cooking, and he quickly developed his own unique style of gracious hospitality. His lifelong curiosity about recipes, ingredients, cooking tools, and techniques led to a remarkable career as chef, culinarian, retail merchant, entrepreneur, educator, radio celebrity, and world-renowned olive oil expert.
