There is tension in the culture in regards to there being a lack of accountability. Whether it is among Black Women, Black Men, the System, whomever or whatever, there has been a call for people to step up and take responsibility for their actions; however, that cannot and will not happen if people lack emotional intelligence. If they do not understand and seek to master that, they will not take accountability. Let's discuss how to do so, by outlining and applying emotional intelligence.
