This week Dial Up and I took the show on the road recording live from the 4th annual Keystone Convergence. You will hear from men some of you know such as the Nation’s Nantan Dark Helmet, the Nation’s General Red Baron as well as other men who participated. Most shared their “why” which was the theme of the weekend.

It kicked off with a 2nd F event dinner Friday night followed by a 15 mile over night ruck. That took us into a 2 hour beatdown Saturday morning, an inspirational talk given by Dark Helmet and then a community service project.
