Grand Rapids officials announced the Fourth of July fireworks display will move to a new location this year to mark America’s 250th anniversary, with details to come. A vehicle crash and a shots-fired incident on the southeast side, along with tributes to Joanne Sandberg and Cole Ivan Lanning, were also reported today.
