Ep. 7 - Getting The Most From Your Clients feat. Zac Fotheringham | Being in it for the right reasons

The psychology and importance of communicating through the inevitably tough times. Understanding the level of flexibility comes down to your ownership and calculated risk of each decision you make. Ep. 6 - Becoming an Incredible Female Athlete feat. Chloe Pickford | Improving your physique and smashing your prep
Today we had the pleasure of being joined by miss Chloe Pickford, aka CPT Fitness. Chloe is an incredible athlete and coach in her own right having won PCA British Championships back in 2018 and since then devoted an incredibly productive improvement phase to make significant improvements to her physique and being a stand-out British Wellness competitor, currently 7 Weeks out from her first show of the season. We discussed the positive impact that taking such time away from competing has effected the differences of her previous preps compared to this as well as scaling her own coaching business in the meantime. A thoroughly enjoyable chat, be sure to follow her IG (@CPT_Fitness) for context and to keep up to date with her incredible journey,
Ep. 5 - Post-Prep feat. Paul Standell | Dealing with Food Focus and Eating Behaviours After your Competition
An incredibly important topic, and such, worth introducing our first esteemed guest on the Podcast, Mr. Paul Standell. Paul is a wealth of resources across all areas of personal training and online coaching but a profound breath of fresh air as it pertains to eating behaviours and psychology in the turbulence of emotion that ensues after a competition or photoshoot prep. He has written an incredible ebook on this topic which I urge many to go purchase via the link in his instagram bio (https://www.instagram.com/paul_standell/) We discussed the (flawed) thought processes that lend themselves to these behaviours and by understanding which, we have a better opportunity to deal with them. As always, we do our best to relay this back to practical behaviours and actions we can put into place to give you a viable roadmap through these times. Not to say it will be without struggle, but inarguably a better solution than sustained eating pathologies and food-related disorders.
