Good morning. Georgia. I'm Aaron Jolly. Sixty degrees before your first cup of coffee. That's where we're starting. And honestly? We're just warming up. This is unseasonably warm air that's moved in and decided to stay awhile. We're running 60 degrees above normal for early March. Some spots could challenge daily records today. Metro Atlanta wakes up at 60 degrees and climbs to 81 by mid-afternoon. Partly sunny skies give way to a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 P.M. If storms develop, we could see a quarter to half an inch of rain. Tonight dips to 63 with thunderstorms possible through 2 A.M. Down along the coast, patchy fog greets Savannah and Brunswick this morning before clearing by 9 A.M. You'll hit 79 degrees under mostly sunny skies. Tonight stays mild at 62. Eastern Georgia sees similar warmth — 83 degrees by afternoon. Morni ...
