Good morning. Georgia. I'm Aaron Jolly. Folks. Georgia woke up wearing a gray hoodie today. Step outside and you'll feel 49 degrees with fog clinging to everything. That's cold air damming at work. High pressure along the eastern seaboard is pushing cool, moist air westward. And it's pinned against the Appalachians like a wet blanket that won't budge. In the next 24 hours. Metro Atlanta stays locked under clouds most of the day. You'll top out around 64 degrees with east winds gusting to 20 miles an hour. Not cold, not warm. Just. Gray. Tonight eases to 52 as the wedge finally loosens its grip. Now slide south toward the coast. Completely different vibe. That backdoor front stalled near the Altamaha River. And everything south of it gets sunshine and 71 degrees. Savannah's winning today. Patchy fog rolls in after 2 A.M. Tonight with lows near 55. ...
