Frost on the windshield, breath hanging in the air. But here's what makes today interesting.. Winter and spring are arm wrestling across the state. And neither one wants to let go. Down in Metro Atlanta, you're only climbing to 40 degrees around 3 PM. Northwest winds at 10 to 15 miles an hour, gusting to 30. That wind is no joke. By 2 AM, the thermometer reads 28 but it feels like 19. Tomorrow morning at 7 AM? A bitter 25 degrees. Slide east and things warm up a touch. Eastern Georgia hits 49 degrees around 4 PM. Winds shift from northwest to north by 8 PM. But overnight? Lows crash to 26. That's cold enough to catch you off guard after last week's taste of spring. Now the coast. Savannah ...
