Josh Cohen may have only been 15 but his life changed forever July 4, 2016, the moment his sister realized there was something about his face that looked different.
It turned out Cohen had a tumor in his cheek, a rare form of Ewing sarcoma. The big C. His teen years were essentially over. 14 rounds of chemo were to follow over the next 9 months and Josh went from a talented rising junior at Indian Hills HS to one that was involved in a fight, one day at a time, for his life. With some help along the way, Cohen won that battle, striking out cancer and coming back with a vengeance, fulfilling his D1 dreams. Now Josh is hitting 95 mph, he is getting ready for his season at Sacred Heart University, and he's on the board as an MLB Draft Prospect.
