The direction of travel within UK agriculture necessitates an introduction of innovative concepts to maintain effective weed control, at a competitive price point. In this podcast Will Vaughan-France is in conversation with Will Smith who is a Senior Trials Manager at NIAB specialising in weed management. In this role Will takes a lead in the delivery of work at the National Black-grass Centre, whilst co-ordinating other trial sites across the country and has a particular focus on Integrated Weed Management, balancing factors including cultivations, drilling date and crop species, with herbicide inputs.
