And Red Flag fire warnings across half the state. Same day. Same sunshine. Totally different problems. Let's start where it stings. North Florida is the coldest spot right now. Highs only hit 51 degrees around 3 PM. Winds gusting to 17 miles an hour. By 7 AM Tuesday, wind chills drop to 31 degrees. That's frostbite territory. Tonight? Lows fall to 31 degrees with widespread frost. Slide down to Central Florida. You're topping out around 55 degrees near 4 PM. Northwest gusts push 20 miles an hour. Tonight brings a hard freeze inland. Lows hit 34 degrees. By 5 AM Tuesday, wind chills crater to 27 degrees. Over in Tampa Bay, highs reach 54 degrees around 1 PM. Winds stay calme ...
