February is American Heart Month and with it being the last Monday of the month we thought it best to talk all things heart health! (And we got a wonderful reminder and request by one of our very own RealExtras who is a rockstar survivor of CHD, we love ya Lyss!) We learn that our level of knowledge on the heart is minimal, so we have a bit of fun going through fun facts of the heart, the basics of different heart diseases and what to look out for, and CPR ins and outs….dont worry, as informational as this all is we had a lot of ridiculousness and fun!
