Most desk workers, without realizing it, are training the wrong muscles. It isn't intentional. It's the result of sitting for long hours and expecting those muscular adaptations to just undo themselves once you hit the gym. In today's episode I'm explaining some of the most common adaptations experienced by those of us with a desk job, and how the exercises you do to target certain muscle groups are being overtaken by muscles that have learned to compensate for your primary movers.
