Today's interview is one that I have been looking forward to sharing for a while! Megan Parsons is the marketing and communications manager from Buzz Foods and the Appalachian Abattoir. On top of providing a processing facility to the meat producers in West Virginia, they are offering educational resources and training to learn this vital trade!
