Love and Psyche - Episode 9

Venus, having learnt from a spying seagull of her son’s ‘betrayal’, rebukes him with fiery words. Then, furious, she storms out of the house and goes to Ceres and Juno, from whom she asks in vain for help in tracking down Psyche.
