El Paso — A deadly hit-and-run crash in far East El Paso left one dead and a teen arrested, while another severe motorcycle crash on Transmountain Road injured a rider critically. Severe thunderstorms with high winds and hail are expected to hit west El Paso County and southern Dona Ana County today.
