The CNE confirmed that 11 organizations have registered to campaign ahead of the November 16, 2025 Referendum and Popular Consultation. So far, most groups lean toward the “no” vote on the initial questions. A separate registration period will follow for campaigns related to the Constituent Assembly. The CNE is also processing compensation payments for polling board members from the last elections.
