Another week so of course that means more unfiltered rambling and some hunger twangs. 😅

This time I’m talking through a lot of the musical happenings that have become so central to my life & just a smidge of future endeavors related to them — habits? ✅, the little challenges? ❌, and some of the moments that keep me grounded & grateful like a hike with some new & old homies! While I'm not feeling an extreme amount of inspiration right now, writing for even just 12 minutes helped me process some deep stuff, so keep in mind you might not know what's gonna help you evolve as a person. But at least for me it feels like this obstacle is the way into the flowzone baby!
