The "Reality is a Bestseller" Vibe

Seth started the night by basically telling everyone to relax because death isn't actually a thing. According to him, we are all just very intense Method Actors in a three-dimensional play.

• The World is a Prop: Seth explains that we create physical matter and then perceive it. If there weren’t a purpose for it, it wouldn't even exist as an illusion.
• The Book Metaphor: He compares our physical existence to an "excellent book, given to you by a teacher." Just because you realize you're the main character in a book doesn't mean you should throw the book away or stop reading!
