The essence of a business is to meet the needs of the people; providing solutions to the everyday needs of the people, through the collaboration of people [your investors and stakeholders], with the support and input of the people [your staff], to the end of making the lives of the people (the clients, staff, stakeholders and investors) better.

It thus behooves us to truly understand much more the importance and the working process of people in business operations as an Operations Professional.
