The sequel to Fruits Basket wasn't what I expected, but Fruits Basket Another was exactly the manga we needed to revisit the Sohmas.

In this episode, I'm talking through Sawa Mitoma and the next generation, Hajime and Mutsuki, Kyo and Yuki's sons, and how reading it felt like a walk down memory lane while still telling its own story.

Full disclosure: I read Fruits Basket and Fruits Basket Another back to back, and watched the anime, so take my bias with a grain of salt. It still landed a solid 4 stars for me.
