Lenin had a decisive leadership style. He was pragmatic, willing to adapt Marxist theory to the specific conditions of Russia, yet he was always focused on being supported by the masses. Trotsky was an intellectual. He advocated for a global approach to socialism with the spread of revolution worldwide. As a military leader, Trotsky displayed strong organisational skills, loyalty and strategic thinking. Today, we will compare.

"The causes and nature of the February and October revolutions in 1917 were the same" discuss. Historian Neil Davidson describes the term "revolution" in two ways. A political revolution changes workings within the governing of an existing state, leaving the social and economic structure untouched. A social revolution, however, results in the complete transformation of society.

These including WW1, The Tsarist Regime, Modernization and Tsarina+Rasputin.
