Revelation 12 is in some ways a summary of the whole book. Three characters appear: the woman (the church), the dragon (Satan) and the child born of the woman (Christ). Here we gain great reassurance concerning our current situation as believers in a wilderness world, harassed and accused by our enemy. That enemy is defeated, and our Conqueror is returning soon!
