Having show us a vision of events leading up to Judgment Day in Revelation 6, we might expect Revelation 7 to give us a vision of Judgment Day itself. Instead, John is shown something crucially important that has happened before Judgment Day arrives. Chapter 6 finished with the question, "Who can stand?" when the Lamb brings judgment; chapter 7 gives us a wonderful answer!
