  1. Focusing on how you feel.

  2. Eat for health and not for weight loss.

  3. Train to feel strong and healthy in your body not to lose weight or reach a certain about of calories per day.

  4. Recognise the parts of your body that you love and also acknowledge the parts of your body that you don’t love.

  5. Understand that every state is temporary and where you are currently isn’t how you will be forever.

  6. Fake it until you make it.
