The Lamb of God, more than just a title. Most Christians know the Lamb of God is the one who takes away the sins of the world, yet is there a fascinating fact behind this phrase? We will look at the words "Lamb of" and realize the numbers associated with sacrifices for the Feast of Tabernacles. That God chooses numbers for a reason and uses those numbers consistently. Before we get started, let me remind you of some important facts and how they relate to two critical numbers, 23 and 46. These two numbers are related to human DNA. The Word was made flesh, as stated in John 1:14. Jesus Christ is the Word. The book of Hebrews says:
(Hebrews 10:7) "Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God."
