I attended the LaPorte County Council meeting and I'll pass along what I experienced and what I learned. I also tried to attend others and couldn't figure out what was up. I'll explain. Liz attended the Porter County Council tonight, but I don't have a breakdown of her notes. I'll cover that soon.
