Today brings wall-to-wall sunshine. Northern Delaware hits 69 degrees around 4 P.M. Central areas reach 67. Down south along the coast? You're sitting at 55. That ocean water is still cold, keeping the beaches cooler. Winds stay gentle from the south, 5 to 10 miles an hour. Tonight, patchy fog rolls in after dark. Lows drop to the mid-40s. That fog could stick around into early Tuesday morning, especially near the water. Tuesday turns up the dial even more. Northern Delaware reaches 73 degrees. Central areas hit 70.
