Rain is marching north from the Carolinas. And it's got Delaware in its sights. Down south, you're getting the worst of it. Rain rolls in around 10 A.M. And peaks near 1 P.M. We're talking about a quarter inch before it's done. Highs reach 42 degrees with a light north breeze. Central Delaware, your rain window runs from 11 A.M. Through 5 P.M. And here's the twist.. Late this afternoon, you might see a brief rain-snow mix sneak in. Highs top out at 44 degrees. Northern Delaware, you catch a break. Just a chance of rain after noon.
