We're staring down what could be Delaware's most significant winter storm in years. A potentially historic blizzard is taking shape right now. And by this afternoon, we're talking life-threatening conditions. This isn't just snow — this is crippling snowfall, hurricane-force wind gusts. And coastal flooding all hitting at once. Right now you're at 37 degrees under overcast skies. Deceptive calm. But by 10 A.M., the first wave arrives. Rain mixing with snow at first, especially down south. By early afternoon? All snow.
