Welcome to COC 2026!!! And Happy New Year to you all. It is January and as promised, we have an all new series this month. Let's just call this one, "Relax, Relate, Release." IYKYK, lol.

This month you will be hearing our very own original host and founder, Riva. Kicking off this series, we will be discussing grief, trauma, and there will even be some challenges for every listener who has decided January is their time to rest and recharge, restoration NOT optional.
