In this week’s episode, John and Bryan sit down for the last time in the year 2021 to review the great changes we’ve seen in the market over these past 2 years and discuss how COVID has affected the way many of us do business indefinitely.

Bryan opens the episode by acknowledging that – much to his surprise – a lot of Loan Originators, Branch Managers, and Real Estate agents have seen even greater success in 2021, than they did in 2020. He recognizes that, with this, we must be mindful of these shifts to remain successful.

He adds that many of us have spent the last 18 months working IN our business, rather than ON our business. Meaning, we have spent less time actively growing leads.
