After Donald Trump’s Nicki Minaj twerking joke at the White House Correspondence Dinner, it’s pretty clear Nicki Minaj is a modern day political court jester. Plus, Ashton Hall turned down a lucrative deal with Saratoga Water because it didn’t come with an ownership stake, and Cardi B has said that she will kick her sons out of the house if they get a girl pregnant. Is this sage parenting? We also talk about Kevin Durant’s defense of LeBron James and the idea that he is ring chasing by joining the 76ers, Gabrielle Cheyenne saying that her pretty privilege is what has people thinking she is a mean person after appearing uncomfortable to be on stage with Usher, and how Dr. Cheyenne Braynt came into possession of her doctoral degree.

We're back to discuss Lupe Fiasco's belief that Nas isn't high on his list of rap's best lyricists, India.Arie doubling down on her comments about Yung Miami's "Spend Dat" song and the dangers of not monitoring what you listen to, and Kayla Nicole's advice to Black men and her belief that they need to stand up for Black women more. We also discuss Sony's decision to eliminate physical media beginning in January 2027, Stephen A. Smith's comments that the Lakers won't do well because they're anchored around three white players, and Jaylen Brown clapping back at critics who claim that he looks at himself as the smartest person in the room.

6/30/26: Thinking is for Poor People; Men on Leashes; Ban Meta Glasses?

We return to discuss Daphne Joy talking about how she prefers men who worship her and wouldn’t mind if they were on leashes, Dave Chappelle lamenting the advancement of technology and automation, and what he perceives to be the removal of critical thinking from the culture, and Tyler the Creator expressing problems with Meta glasses and his desire to see them banned, pointing to the potential issues with invasion of privacy. We also discuss the release by the Detroit Lions of Terrion Arnold following kidnapping and armed robbery charges, Ebro not being a fan of 50 Cent, Busta Rhymes, Ja Rule, and Timbaland performing at an upcoming MAGA club event in recognition of July 4th, and comedian Haha Davis divulging to Shannon Sharpe that he and his former girl dabbled in swinging and he watched.

We discuss Wanda Sykes' critique of Tony Hinchcliffe’s George Floyd joke at the Kevin Hart roast, DJ Akademiks saying that Drake’s first albums are valued more than Jay-Z’s entire catalog, and Jeezy staying that he takes himself out on dates in an effort of self-care since getting divorced from Jeannie Mai. We also discuss Texas Tech QB Brendan Torsby’s gambling scandal, Dee1 suggesting that all strip clubs be shut down, and Boosie’s disapproval of Caleb Williams and his painted fingernails being on the cover of Madden ’27.

We return to discuss director Christopher Nolan purposefully living life with a flip phone and no email, Jeff Bezos expressing his belief that the low earners should pay no taxes, and streamer N3on talking about how difficult it is for him to even ask a woman on a date if he doesn’t have a camera around to stream for content.
