You'll see partly sunny skies along the coast and in Eastern Connecticut with highs near 45 degrees. Head inland to Central Connecticut and it warms up a touch more. Hartford tops out near 47 degrees today. That's exactly normal for mid-March. As the sun sets. Here's the catch. The weather turns messy tonight. Rain showers develop after 2 A.M. The entire state sees rain by dawn. Monday is going to be a soaker. Here comes one to two inches of rain. That much water could flood small streams and poor drainage areas. It gets windy too.
