Good evening. Connecticut. I'm Aaron Jolly. That steady snow you've been watching? We picked up nearly an inch overnight. And it's still coming down. We bottomed out at a brutal 28 degrees last night, but right now we're sitting at 29 with moderate snow. But here's the twist. This is a transition day. In the next 24 hours. Central Connecticut is the trouble spot tonight. Temperatures hold steady near 28 degrees as freezing rain moves in this evening. That could create a glaze of ice on untreated surfaces, lasting right into early Wednesday morning. Meanwhile, the coast and eastern areas stay just warm enough. You'll see lows around 33 to 34 degrees, which means plain rain and patchy fog for you. Wednesday brings real relief. Morning fog burns off. And sunshine takes over. Highs reach 48 to 50 degrees statewide. That's about 28 degrees above norma ...
