Blowing snow and black ice are teaming up tonight through Tuesday morning. The National Weather Service flagged it. Reduced visibility, slick untreated roads. You'll want to plan that Tuesday commute carefully. Let's take a drive across the state. Along the coast, gusts hit 22 miles an hour this afternoon, whipping that fresh snow sideways. You're topping out around 33 degrees near 5 P.M., but wind chill makes it feel like 21. Tonight drops to 20 degrees. Those winds keep howling.
