Here's the deal. A late winter storm is sliding in tonight, and it's bringing the kind of soggy mess that makes you grateful for a couch and a blanket. Rain, wind, and puddles deep enough to swallow your shoes. That's what you're looking at this weekend.
Let's take a drive through the state. Down along the coast, you're sitting at 36 degrees with northeast winds around 9 miles an hour. Rain is likely, and here's the thing. High tide rolls in at 11:06 A.M. at two and a half feet. That could mean minor splash over along the shoreline. If you're anywhere near the water, keep your distance.
