People are now calling the Cheesecake Factory's SkinnyLicious menu "fatphobic."

Others claim fatphobia is rooted in racism. And now simply enjoying the gym is apparently enough to make someone the enemy.

At some point we have to stop making excuses and start having honest conversations about health.

In this episode, I react to several viral videos and explain why accountability, discipline, and personal responsibility matter far more than protecting people's feelings.

Being challenged isn't hate.

Taking care of your health isn't oppression.

And encouraging healthier lifestyles isn't discrimination.

It's time to bring common sense back to fitness.
