Holy Week Day 7: Waiting on the Lord

Pause. Relax. Connect with your desires and how to Let Him into all the things we want and need as we wait on the Lord for His blessings.

Holy Week Day 6: The Crucifixion of Christ

Relaxing into meditation as we view the events leading up to the Saviors death on the cross. Allowing ourselves to stay connected with God's love for the world as we allow Him to die for each of us.

Holy Week Day 5: Last Supper

Join us in visualizing attending the Last Supper with the Savior and learning about His role in the Fathers plan to allow Him to save us.

Holy Week Day 4: Resting in His Hands

Take time to receive His rest through stillness and visualization. Gather the strength to move forward while listening to Him.

Holy Week Day 3: Letting His Light Shine Through Us

We use Light as a symbol of the Savior to shine His love to ourselves and others. Letting our connection to God be strong and clear.

Holy Week Day 2: Cleansing and Healing our Temples

We invite Christ and His light into our mind body temple through meditation and visualization.

Palm Sunday: Welcoming Christ into our Hearts

Palm Sunday Meditation. Still the mind and connect with the Savior in our hearts. Welcome Him into the busy city of our lives and let His light shine on us personally.
